Service terms
Updated 19 September 2026. Services supplied by Exlumina, Inc. (Delaware).
Scope and pricing
Prices are in USD, excluding applicable tax. Each project has an agreed written scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. “From” prices are starting points; the final fixed price is agreed before work starts. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Release Rescue
USD700, paid upfront, covers one agreed macOS shipping failure. I will respond within 24 hours. If I cannot fix the agreed issue, the payment is refunded in full. The scope excludes unrelated product bugs, the standing of your developer account and App Store approval.
Shipping and build projects
Shipping packages are paid 40% on agreement, 30% at the agreed milestone and 30% on handover. The first invoice is due on receipt; subsequent invoices are due within seven days. Deposits are non-refundable once work starts. New app builds use three to five agreed milestones.
Changes and handover
Two adjustment rounds are included per milestone. Final payment is due on delivery of the agreed artifacts, rather than the date you launch or Apple completes its review. Source, build instructions and handover materials are included as agreed in the scope.
Warranty and maintenance
Defects in the delivered work are fixed without charge for thirty days after handover. New requirements and unrelated pre-existing defects are outside this warranty. Optional maintenance is available after a completed project, under an agreed monthly scope, and can be cancelled at any time.
Your accounts and materials
You provide the project materials and appropriate access needed for the agreed work. App Store submission is prepared under your developer account. Apple controls its review decisions; approval is not guaranteed. Credentials and private logs should be exchanged only through an agreed secure channel.
